Man, the trees on some streets are really looking bad. Noticed this on 124st a few days ago. The city really needs to either spend the money to install proper soil cells or get rid of the trees because they look terrible right now.

Most of the trees downtown that are looking ill were planted in a time when we didn't install property soil cells, but thankfully when they're replaced or new trees are planted they are remedying that issue.
