me too! Misspelling espresso is bad enough… and if it was an intentional play on express with espresso then the cafe seems redundant. Hopefully it is just a placeholder name without a real tenant with a bad name.

@Daveography do you know what the projections are along the curved edge of the glass spandrels? I am thinking that they might just be uncut gaskets between spandrel panels; on the other hand they might be electrical points of connection for LED lighting that could accentuate the curve at night -- that would be exciting and dramatic.

@archited Great question! No idea! Haha. LED lighting would be pretty cool though.

I thought they were LED lights, I swear they were dimly lit one day when I was driving by.

No pictures of the podium? It's starting to really come together now, with glazing being installed all around.

@chrisvazquez7 I posted one earlier from 101 & 104, but from most angles there's not a lot to see yet (hoarding). Maybe I'll take another walk and see if I missed something.

@Daveography, from site camera, I noticed that the hoarding has come down along 101 Street.
