It looks really nice, but the plaza could really use a coffee shop, fast food place, brewery or a casual indoor hang out for people to linger around.

I think the West side of the Ice District could be a continuation of the restaurants on 103 Street- Sabor, Old Spaghetti Factory, Haweli and others.

I still want to see A&W revive their old Greyhound terminal location in Block BG.
Starbucks was supposed to open in the Stantec building but then their plans changed in favor of suburbia expansion. Starbucks also shut down their location in the casino.
Canadian Icehouse should open sometime in the new year. I can't help but wonder what happens to the existing Canadian Brewhouse near 109 St/104 Ave.
