This building is already improving the atmosphere around this area even half completed. I walked by a couple of weeks ago and it feels much more welcoming than before. Can't wait for the Clancey, Lorne and Pitfield projects to get going. 103rd and 104th street around ICE District are really turning into something special.

I do believe they are going into the well on the right side. Similar to the food court mech in the Stantec Podium.

Stantec tower Mech room has the best view. Both the 30th floor one and the 69th floor one.

epcor tower's mechanical room won't have as good a view as the 69th floor of stantec but it's probably better than their 30th floor.

I've been in that one as well. And it was one of the better ones before Stantec. Still has good site lines. And all those windows.
