Well thats an improvement.

Honestly , I would rather have a movie theatre and grocery store than a rooftop garden in the end. I mean, it will totally be nice to have a public rooftop garden, but still:confused:.

I hear you @Platinum107 , and I was really impressed with the initial offerings of tower B,
It has been quiet the bait and switch, in my opinion. (any word on plaza bathrooms & power supply lately?)
I'm glad the residents might get a chance to plant some tomatoes and lettuce..., but , well a grocery store might come in handy.
The Cineplex , or whatever, might eventually materialize with Ice phase 2, or Quarters , or Oliver...
Really, really early days for the whole district, but the tower B "drama" is a letdown.
But still I cant wait to see the final product as I feel it will be a plus.

These were still my favourite renderings for the tower portion. I would be happy if this is what we got.

This is the Tower B i would like to see built out of all the renderings and heights we've seen proposed for this site. (These were just taken off of Google search for Ice District Tower B)

@Daveography , I've heard also that 1 of the 9 general retail bays are grocer, either Loblaw's or Freson Bros (from c2E).
We will see.

I hope the 104 Ave profile & alley activation remain strong as (that all) looked so good in early renders @archited had posted .
But being reduced to 2 stories might make it so underwhelming compared to its neighbors .
