@KyleBlanchett , I take it they will build Airpoint 1 Commercial first, or all 3 simultaneously? I was at the Fairfield Hotel briefly last month and didn't notice the "existing recreational water feature" to the East. That's an interesting component!

@Kaizen Airpoint 1 is complete and they are starting 2 soon which will be complete in 2020. Airpoint 3 will be complete in 2021.

The water feature is a interesting feature as they want restaurants patios to be on the "Canal".

Include warehouse projects on this thread? Border business park building "m" is now under construction with planned 481,450 sq. ft of space - south of Amazon in Leduc - just south of Edmonton's municipal border.

Writing for the absolute zero patrons of this thread. The Energy Star program is used by BOMA Canada for green building certification, and it is quite possibly being shuttered because of Trump's pullback of green programs. Canada is in talks to continue the program through Natural Resources Canada.
