From the rendering it looks like there are 4 levels at the top where the corner COLUMNS (thanks @archited lol) change. So looks like maybe that might be the last occupied floor they’re about to pour, then the glass top?

It appears so. I'm hoping it's all still glassed like the renderings

If you're talking about Ian's photo I'm pretty sure that's the bottom of the CNIB crane's cable.
