Its my understanding that the building that is actually moving forward is not part of tbe Gene Dub project. Am I wrong in that?

The buildings on the right (Green boards) is a completely separate project from the "Camsell." Who on here has the name for these condos? Camsell is the tall building + the condos on the right......

Emmanuel Home/The Lighthouse. Unlike the Camsell, this project is moving very fast.

Pretty exciting to have this vacant land about to be used again. Such a great location as well, especially with proximity to yellowhead and downtown.
