This is so cool! I love it when ethnic communities can pull together to do big stuff like this . As a Croatian I'd probably frequent there quite a bit for the similar food and cultural items.

They seem to be a newer custom SFH builder, if this announcement is legit it would be a first for them. I'd assume they'd be partnering with a more established construction company on this?
