Looks like they will be splitting up the main floor into 4 CRUs with large units at the back (entrance on Calgary trail) and in the basement. Possible closure of the alley on the west side of the building for a patio as well, which would be great (one less conflict point between pedestrians and vehicles!)
Not sure where Daily Hive got this brochure from though, not seeing it anywhere else online.
