How many units is this new proposal now? This has got to be one of the bigger disappointments in the core, but at least some new residents is a win. Can’t believe the 104ave proposal didn’t happen. That park is so run down.
It’ll be interesting to see the growth from 2019-2024 for Oliver. I think it could be the strongest population gain for a neighborhood aside from new suburbs in the city?

Given this site, I really hope it surprises me for this project could have been ideal for a family coop/townhouses, brownstones, protected courtyard for kids etc.
