^I like the Tower and mid-rise apartment proposal massing thus far, well not the 5ish story ones with the peaked roofs... too early to tell at this early stage but could end up bad.

Nice to actually see a proposal for that site. It's been fenced forever with that sign on site.

I've driven by a few times and right now it's just an empty lot with a no houses and a fence around it. Hopefully this doesn't sit this way for a while.
