Area is poised for lots of construction with that other lot on the right of Calgary Trail before the Whitemud with a proposal as well. Good to see gaps being filled on the 'main drag'.

This would be incredibly massive, and fill an eyesore that's been on Calgary Trail my whole life. But what is considered an "Active" proposal? As you said, this looks like it was proposed in the 90's.

@seamusmcuffs Active means it's listed on the city's planning applications site (see last link in the post), so it's an active planning file. I imagine there will be changes coming to meet current policy, planning, and bylaw requirements.
