Just a wild guess here, but I think they're waiting for the final design of the Rossdale transportation improvement project since that may involve 103 St.

It seemed like a nice project, but at this point I am guessing it is dead and we will end up with another empty weed filled lot.

Just what the area needs to go with the half dozen others near by. Yeah tear down most of the old houses and build nothing - what great city planning.

I was skeptical as it was a company I never heard of. Track record makes a difference.

It looked quite nice. I was hopeful at least one of the numerous empty lots in the area would be filled.

Unfortunately, this seems to be an area where a lot of things have been torn down in recent years and nothing new built.

I really wish those people so fast to tear down things would be as fast to build something nice and new.

That hillside has lost at least 6-7 character homes that are now empty lots collecting garbage. Bravo!
