Lease from the property owner, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (owns all of Unity Square).

Technically Unity Square, but Brewsters is moving out of their huge brewpub space along 116th and taking over Beer Revolution (Brewsters owns beer rev).

Brewsters is now open in the former Beer Revolution space. No idea what will replace the old Brewsters in Unity Square.
