I like it if that is an actual brick podium, metal cladding opposed to acrylic, and they make the 123 street address signage a little larger, lol.
Nice height, like the podium roof amenity, and no need for CRU's there with all the ground THU's.

We were asked to look into the windows for this - The basis of design is Vinyl, don't think I've seen Vinyl windows that big looking good

The appeal of this one failed pretty badly at SDAB.

@Gus Haynes I didn't hear about that, what was the basis of the appeal?

As far as I can tell, neighboring residents complained about a lack of adequate visitor parking, sun blockage, crime, traffic, etc. The usual NIMBY-ism. The SDAB correctly noted that none of the grounds argued were within their jurisdiction.
