I'm probably the only one who doesn't hate how it looks. The grey squares by the windows are probably unnecessary and the street level activation could be better, but in person I don't think it looks awful.

I don't think there needs to be another active transportation connection here. There's already a SUP along the LRT line.

Ohhh boy. That said, it looks like a lot of the votes actually came from Roger Kotch so I'm curious if the results were misentered. Not that it makes anything better because it draws a lot more into question.

Been no activity onsite since July. The site was rezoned to allow for use as a storage facility (built within the building) recently but haven't seen any contractors on site in a while. Spin2 shows that there's two liens on the site now so who knows what's happening.
