I looked at the Alberta Interactive Health Data Application, and there been increases for Edmonton and Calgary Health Zones (Close to the CMAs) in these age groups from 2018 to 2023.

Rogers Place still has a lot of parking north of the facility and lot of underground parking at the Ice District. There are still a lot of people who insist on parking in a parking lot, even though Northlands parking was up to six blocks away and the wait was 20 minutes.
I’m guessing Roper Road to 17 Street isn’t too far away, especially with the industrial development going on. I think extending 51 Avenue east to 17 Street might be the first move. 17 Street will hav to be twinned.
