    MacEwan University School of Business | ?m | ?s | MacEwan University

I suspect so. During discussions regarding technology deployment in the new spaces and backfilling the coming vacant space, I was told it was nearly all going to be sciences as they're bursting at the seams and would be a good interim fit until more purpose built space can be built.

    French Quarter | 8316 91 St | 6s | Hasco Development

Looks like 6 floors. The top floor has some higher ceilings with double-height windows on a few units.

    MacEwan University School of Business | ?m | ?s | MacEwan University

Edmonton really needs more brick. MacEwan has been knocking their architecture out of the park.

Century Gardens at Century Park | ?m | 7s | ProCura Real Estate | Gardner Architecture

Tasteful cladding and a park/playground with trees (I love a little birch pocket forest) in the courtyard would make this shine.

    Blatchford

49th Battalion at 137 Ave and Castledowns road on the SW corner of Griesbach is wild. It's gotta be 500 units.

    Falcon Towers | 170m | 44s | Langham Developments | Arc Studio

Competition is getting fierce, and there also seems to be a pretty strong market for smaller living units paired with great shared amenities.

    Westmount Mall Redevelopment

I'll set my expectations low but I really hope they take inspiration from some of the better concepts in the area like Boudreau in St Albert or even Brewery District. The renders make it look like there will be the tiniest bit of pedestrian experience, but ultimately I expect it'll be the same...

    The Quarters Hotel and Residences | 280.1m | 80s | Alldritt Land | KENNEDY

I can't wait until we pass an undeveloped land tax so these parcels can get moved to developers who develop land in addition to renderings.

    2704 Blatchford Road Apartments | 21m | 6s | Brian Allsopp Architect Ltd.

You say that until the gig drivers show up to those stores for pickups. They can't handle straight roads with parking, just imagine what they'll do with businesses fronting a traffic circle.

    2704 Blatchford Road Apartments | 21m | 6s | Brian Allsopp Architect Ltd.

And yet oddly better than much of the midrise being built, if this is any indication of what it could look like

    Royal Alberta Museum | ?m | 2s | DIALOG

    Can't wait for this one!

    Yellowhead Trail Upgrades

That first one looks like a huge waste of unnecessary roadway.

Former Standard Life Building - Partial Reso Conversion

Very cool. I hope they execute well. There's definitely no shortage of demand as long as the space delivers.

Century Gardens at Century Park | ?m | 7s | ProCura Real Estate | Gardner Architecture

These look alright, which is a vast improvement over many projects. The final finish/paint could still mess it up. Not every project needs to be an architectural marvel, and this one is well into the acceptable range as-is.

    Stollery Children's Hospital

They should consider building this at Northlands next to an existing LRT station that currently serves almost no-one.

Each one must be a different texture and colour, and cannot at all be from complimentary palettes. Maximum chaos.

    Century Park Seniors Tower | 54m | 16s | Eagle Builders | S2 Architecture

I'm surprised to see a senior's residence with balconies at all.

    Iron Horse Line / Station Park | ?m | 6s | Beljan Development | Hodgson Schilf Evans

It's a bad pedestrian location and no amount of pretending it isn't will make it not.
