    Not sure they would mill it off. They should have some fabric between the concrete and temp asphalt so they can remove the asphalt without damaging concrete.

My point was that I did take the LRT and it made zero difference - if they didn't want LRT users to take part, they were incompetent in their implementation of the plan. However, it is a very important point...

    I took the LRT from Coliseum to Churchill. There was zero problem. Not sure the purpose of your post. It is called a connector. There is more than one door.

    I'm never sure what construction that $170M or $100M covers. A lot of the bike lanes are constructed as part of neighbourhood renewal. Does it cover the cost of asphalt and gravel? That would be part of the road rehab already, even the concrete curb and gutter would be a part of road rehab...

    If someone had asked me two weeks ago to write out a list of all the things downtown would benefit from, I'm not sure how long it would take me to think of a fountain. Would be fairly far down the list. One of those water parks that you see in children's playgrounds though, that would be cool.
