I think some developers like starting multiple projects at once to cut costs like admin and other overheard costs by allocating to multiple sites. So if you look at it that way, the Calgary project starting up may be a good sign.

Cidex probably got a good deal on the site, and they have big pockets to move forward with projects, is my guess. Nothing makes it more attractive

Hope Ayrshire starts on both projects but all I know is in the Calgary thread for their project, it was mentioned today a building permit application was submitted. Pretty sure all their YEG projects on their site are already completed, no?
