What happened with the Holiday Inn on plans in front?

According to a visit I did to the Parks building, they told me that around early summer it should have grass.

The building is currently around 45% and it is filling faster than expected, by summer a big jump is expected. Maybe next year they could start Falcon 2, because with these good numbers it’s easier for them to get the loan from the bank.

Falcon II is not starting this year, as they are waiting to fill at least 70% to ask for a new loan to the bank (currently they are around 40%, faster than expected) so hopefully they start in 2026, and a taller building compared to the first.

so the renovation from 102 st to 109 st is not included in these 3 year’s renovation schedule? Are they waiting for funds from the CRL to start there?
