I don't buy that it's the road crossing that's the problem.. That's a pedestrian scramble crossing there; easy peasy. I don't think a multi-million $ bridge is the solution; if folks can't get up the energy to cross 30' of pavement (which they do with aplomb one block west at Calgary Trail)...

^I beg to differ but the point is moot, no one is going put up money for TV/film production spaces in Edmonton. Toronto, Vancouver and to a lesser extent Calgary have that all sewn up.

was out choring around lunch time today and unfortunately found myself on 124st north of Jasper..It was a parking lot all the way up to 107ave. the more you know. also, yesterday evening rush hour saw 103 ave east of 116st backed up all the way to 112st. madness!

I think the old RAM would be better suited to make sound stages / studios out of the exhibition halls, Although I don't know what the need is. Allard couldn't keep their purpose built sound stage open.
