For some context, this is where the new facility will be as discussed in the strategic plan for the exhibition lands. It is interesting that they are putting the facility on a leg of the line that already holds the main facility. I wonder if there are any drawbacks to that? NO IDEA.

Although I am excited for this station renewal, I wonder if we will ever get to the point where stations are developed as part of a larger mixed use building.

Taken on 114th street and Jasper looking East. They are hammering away as we speak! So happy this project is actually happening. Most excited for the expanded sidewalks and boulevard trees. The trees will make Jasper feel totally different once grown out! Woot
