    They were supposed to following construction of the symphony, from what I understand construction is not fully complete just yet with some final condos still up for grabs and some common areas not fully complete. I assume this would be an as needed basis, which is very much needed.

    I bet the neighbourhood is much happier and for Westrich it's a lot lower risk than the previously proposed high rise. Also it will fit the student budget alot better. Hopefully the pricing is reasonable compared to the remainder of the neighbourhood.

    Yet shockingly they still do it. They could proscribe someone to do it and make a shared service agreement for the building. It's not the worst idea and happens quite regularly in other places.

    Same with Dave, I'm not liking the material choice.. But it does look like there's potential for the front portion to be all glass but I don't feel that's how Cidex runs :( So sad. If the front were all glass it would be gorgeous!

    I'm sure it wasn't a costly build and I remember the warehouse in the area wasn't great thus I believe they only paid land value and maintained the foundation and frame of the building so I'm sure the actual cap rate once fully lease will be close to 8% with lower risk because it is quite close...
