Substantial investment is needed to make this building useable long term. Everything I've heard about it tells me that it should be selling for near land value. I hate to see our two historical theatres vacant like this.

I think the bridge is too expensive, and that money would be better used for VLW spur lines and a Capital Line extension to the airport.
