There is no bottleneck at 97 & 104, and the bridge/underpass are not barriers to anything. It should be kept and revitalized for a better pedestrian experience at the same time as that stretch of road or when an adjoining property sees development.

They have experience with scale, but so far everything they've built has been a nondescript square box. This would be a rather significant departure, stylistically. I hope they pull it off.

Would be wonderful if, after the velodrome is open, the city redid the rest of the paths in the park. They're nonsensical and often don't connect anything. At the very minimum, a pathway north of TWOS is needed. Paths that take pedestrians from the bus stops on 111 Ave and 142 St into the park...

It's just being realistic. Alldritt has never, not once, ever moved on any project of this type, and they have a decades-long reputation for talking out their ass. They've never in their existence earned any goodwill that could be leveraged into some kind of optimism. Calling a spade a spade...

Imagine if even the tiniest amount of outdoor space was for people and not cars. Legacy and Cadence in Griesbach have outdoor pools, basketball courts, and places for people to be, and they're being used all the time, weather permitting. It's great to see.
