Old Epic Food Hall space on 105 Street has a sign for 'The Virsa Mahal', "1st Premium Punjabi Dine-In in Edmonton". They have been doing work inside and even planted some nice flowers outside.

Bike Lane traffic lights have been added to 103 Avenue, 105 Street and 106 Street intersections. The bike lane will be moving from 102 Avenue to 103 Avenue when they start construction of 102 Avenue starting in 2026.

LRT to Coliseum yesterday. Been a few months, reduced frequency but I couldn't believe how busy it was. Felt safe and clean for the most part, except those broken window you mention.
To be fair, this is actually artwork. But the RFP to artists required it to allow for child play. It is not really envisioned as traditional playground, as the requirement for artwork was part of the "1% for art" program for the Centennial Plaza renewal. A full playground was never contemplated...
^This is a new proposal. The current DC is being rezoned back to standard zone (UW) to enable a smaller development. Under a DC Zone you can only develop what it was approved for.
