I'm assuming the damages in the inside caused by the recent fire cost too much to be fixed and reused in its current size. Will probably stay like this until the site is completely redeveloped.
Tha splash of color looks amazing, but I like it perfectly where it is. This is the right way to do white stucco, on low/mid rises with black accents. Has a European vibe to it, really reminds me of buildings I seen in Frankfurt.
