Pretty sure what was being pointed out was this extremely obvious clump of white bricks… with clearly no thought put into it.

I definitely thought those giant white panels were the final roof treatment lol. I’m glad I kept my disappointment to myself now that I see there is small squares going up similar to the rendering. This could turn out very very very nice.

Even with the bad lighting and blurriness of this photo, this building looks like it’s on another level. Anyone been by in person? Just as nice? In this photo it looks like a much better version of a combination of fox tower and ultima tower.

multi family does NOT top out at 6 stories. There are multiple points meant for high density residential. The current area being sold only includes medium density and does top out at 6. Also, blatchford is big. Really big. The part I circled is What’s currently under construction… nothing...
