I'd add that with more walkable and inviting street fronts with varied commercial options needs to be further expanded upon. 104st is a good example, Rice Howard somewhat, Jasper Ave is slowly improving.

I think the first part I wonder is will they commission the two stations first and then will they build a temporary bridge like CN did at fort road. Also I wonder how long would 118 Ave be closed when they fill in the area.
