That would be great, especially with LRT right there. I so wish all the proposed residential could be built in this general area. A ton of density could transform this area to something very vibrant.

What I would really love to hear and see happen is NAIT to begin building in Blatchford lands to further see connections between this residential, the LRT and the school.

I agree. There may be less flights in and out of Edmonton than Calgary I assume but we aren't just some little local airport.

I just really hope we see continued increase at the Davies park'n'ride. Actually I'd love to see a business located nearby that would bring employees to the Davies area creating a constant larger usage in both directions.

There is a decent amount of dirt that's been moved around too.
