If you didn't know, there's a nearly identical tower in San Fransisco (Telus). In the movie Bullit with Steve McQueen. Hartford Building 142m vs 134.4m for Telus.

It was the Eaton Center. The three tower proposal. I thought one of the towers was going to be an RBC building. I was a teenager at the time but I was ticked off that the proposal ended up with none of the towers being built. Same goes for the Commerce Place proposed second taller tower...

I use to feel the same way about the those two towers. I kind of appreciate them now. A good sandblasting? would do wonders for them (Telus sign.. tacky though :rolleyes: ). I would put several buildings ahead of those two for a reclad. Here's a wish list?‍♂️ 1) Milner- yes the newly renovated...

@Kaizen Great shots. Your pic of Stantec made me finally realize something. That black thing running down the the east side of the building is to match the black mechanical louvres on the building. Smart design if I ever saw one :rolleyes:.

^ Yeah, the thought crossed my mind about the airport. Calgary, being a hub has a huge advantage. I hope the Trans Mountain pipeline will benefit the province but our city specifically since it starts here.
