I think it was up to Taste of Edmonton. They had two entrances I think - one on each end of their 100 St. boundary. The rest of the perimeter was fenced off from what I could tell.

Engagement for the West 240 Neigbourhood Area Structure Plan closes today (July 8). Interestingly, the density and unit count are lower than the 2023 concept despite more medium-density zones being added. From their summer 2024 package: Density and unit count from 2023, for comparison:

You should take a look at the documents I posted above, a lot of the plants in there considered branch lines—down to station location and other specific details.

In this council package for July 2, Appendix B has our first glimpse of the new bylaw, including draft regulations for some of the mature neighbourhoods. There's some steps in the right direction, but I wish they allowed at least a triplex instead of a duplex along local roads.

Haven't explored it yet, but this could be a good way to follow trends pre and post-ZBR.
