I love it at the stadium. Another cool location would be the Edmonton Ski Club (with City backdrop) but not sure you'd have enough vertical there.

The City is currently working on concept plans and some technical studies (on top of engagement with Indigenous communities). The technical studies will guide what work is prioritized. There's a lot that has to happen to bring it up to code and make the building safe in the first place, never...

I don't see this necessarily as being the death of a national urban park, but rather that the province wants to lay out conditions to what an agreement would potentially look like. Sure they could just say it's not possible at all, but the conditions could be as simple as retaining land...

Usually pretty busy at lunch time too. I think many grab their lunch here and eat in that open area.

I think the station entrances can be improved significantly, especially along Jasper Avenue. I understand that some of them are narrow due to space constraints but that is something that would go a long way to improving the feeling of safety. Some of these entrances/exits are right single/small...

Money from the housing accelerator fund shouldn't be spent on housing? The whole point of the fund is to add more housing stock to make housing more affordable. It is not meant to make the price of condos increase.

What about (and this might be crazy) if the line actually ran down 81 Ave and was built using cut and cover. Have the station entrances daylight onto 82 Ave, but we don't necessarily need to run the physical line down Whyte itself.

Anyone know if Henry Singer will have some sort of cafe or something in it? From the sounds of it, Parlour Barba Shop will be having an outlet associated with it so I'm curious if they're adding other things.
