As @IanO mentioned, this was an internal issue with the company, unfortunately, and there certainly were some poor choices made. Things just never seemed to work out and this was dead long before the pandemic. Same group as the failed Windsor Terrace.

Yes, there have been many, many issues behind the scenes and some people that are no longer around on the project. They've scaled back some of the design in and out, but this will still look really great when it is finished.

Pharmacy TI underway and likely done in June. Daycare hasn't started yet, but I believe they want to be open by September.
