Just my opinion, but honestly I don't believe that, unless something truly extraordinary happens here, Edmonton will move very much at all in its relevance on the international stage... and that's okay. If anything there may be a slow and gradual growth in importance on the national/North...

I will never understand why mall owners and property management companies here aren't extremely eager to have their properties linked directly with rapid transit. It literally provides an endless rotation of potential customers and having an indoor pedway or AT LEAST a dedicated nice path...

I could see this genuinely being the largest TOD in this city's history. It's location and access to transit is so amazing and it's hard to believe that its stayed as a post-war era townhouse park for this long. Bring the towers/mid-rise buildings!

I think the balconies along with the cool glass sections will make this tower look better than the Icons at least, if not the Fox Towers. More people living on 104th south of Jasper is super nice too!

It's not pretty but its density next to transit, which is nice. Hopefully Regency will add some commercial closer to Holyrood Stop in their next phases here.
