Phase 2 land went to market through a broker this morning, so I wouldn't expect to see any action here anytime soon. Listing says that Phase 1 sold out, so perhaps that means that final unit sold?

Sold for $91,600,000. Fans of the Emerald Tower & Tower 101 will be rejoicing if some of this capital gets recycled into kickstarting one (or both) of those projects.

Sounds like they are in the process of clearing the deck with the previous food court tenants who had signed leases. Hopefully that is the precursor for moving forward with someone else in this space?
