If you want to go, just keep checking Ticketmaster resale on game days—I suspect there will be resellers trying to dump unsold tickets at a discount. This happened last season, especially in the first round with the LA fatigue. If you live close to the arena or can just hang out somewhere nearby, you can often find tickets for like a quarter of the price once the puck has dropped.

The only scenario not possible is us playing Vegas in first round. Vegas can't finish worse than 2nd in the division. And if they are 2nd, it means we are first because no other team can finish above them.

Vegas has locked in top spot in our division with their win tonight so Oilers first round match up is down to either Colorado, Anaheim or LA.

Dallas vs. Minnesota

Even if we beat the Avs first round, we’d then have to go up against Dallas or Minnesota, and then we definitely don’t stand a chance of getting past the second round.
