Is there any ground retail for this or is this purely residential. Fantastic to finally see movement in the Quarters.

What would be the guess on the rent here versus other central areas. One would assume it would have to be cheap enough to incentivize people to live here

I really like it - the art/colours have been toned down from original render. But still adds some fun and personality to it and adds to the street. I see the small brick building incorporated into the first render has been removed - I think that's ok, too.
I love the connection/study space open to the street on the southeast corner. Helps adds safety on street and looks good.
Well done! Can't wait to see this completed.
