Downtown Real Estate

I am offering up burnt sacrifices to the gods that this means we'll lose both the eyesore of a building and the bombed out parking lot next to it. I mean you'd think this is a premium development opportunity next to the new park!
If that building gets a revamped so it interacts with the park better, then I'm ok with it being there. Having a restaurant there with a patio facing the park would be great

But because this parking lot does look like a war zone, this might be the time to regularly and relentlessly report it as a derelict property. It might just be one of the worst parking lots downtown, and that's saying something.
It's sad because that parking lot is so rough because it's basically the foundation of the buiding that was located there previously and demolished, around the early 1990s I think.
