Massive NEW Rumour coming out of GP. Apparently our friends at the biggest GC in AB has landed a “1000 person office complex.” This is for a new a “new data center.” Not sure if this is for O’Leary’s “Mr.Wonderful” data center or not - most likely. Nor is it clear if they have the actual data center or not.

Btw, the same GC has is clamouring hard for the new Regina BELL data center.
