The Parks is getting a TON of attention with winning awards, being discussed at meetings and conventions….all over LinkedIN…..for the love of Gawd MacLab - start the next phase…

I digress. I love The Parks and I would like nothing more than to see Phase 2 start. The point I was trying to make (in a poor attempt at being funny) is that winning awards does not guarantee success or market acceptance. The Parks will continue once the first building is substantially leased and there is a business case to keep building...which will happen, it's just taking a little longer than we all want

The elegance of this building it great. From multiple angles. This tower will age gracefully. The city should work with the developer to see what can be done to get the second tower going. (outside of blatant taxpayer subsidies)
