I feel the huge influx of people to Edmonton spoiled some developers who figured they could quickly build crap and get away with it because of high demand.

Well that influx is slowing now, so expect to hear a lot of whining and moaning soon from the owners of buildings such buildings about how hard it is to rent out units.

Maybe if they built something better looking, it would be easier to attract tenants in a time of less demand, but some are very short sighted.
