Its good to see the area around the Royal Alex LRT station densify. More eyes on the street is exactly what the area needs. Lets hope a developer builds a funky building on the vacant land on the opposite side of 101 St.
Not that awful, I don't live too far from there and am in the area everyday. A bad part would be 101 Street between 107A and 105A Avenues, the rest of 101 Street isn't that bad honestly (just too many parking lots lol).Beautiful proposal, awful part of the city. This would be great to see but it’s another believe it when I see it project.
I was always wondering if they were going to build something on the empty parking lot beside Hy's Center as I once lived there from 1989 to 1992 ! It was funky as I was working an evening shift so I'd sleep half the morning away and get to listen to jets a lot of the time if they were landing and taking off over my building when the wind direction at the airport that was there pushed them over my building !Its good to see the area around the Royal Alex LRT station densify. Looking at their site, the properties they have in Edmonton are all built for medical purposes.I believe this group: https://vitalproperties.ca/
Well damnit.Yup, that was/is Niche.
Exactly. Nice to see some action on the high rise front. I almost forgot what a high-rise was. Lol.Bold move! I love it! Timing just right when SRC was becoming boring with the next "exciting" Walkup 2.0
