The only comparison that I can think of is the restrictions put on Qualico for the 80-storey proposal in the Quarters in terms of an effectuation timeline, so I think that the answer is no there is nothing preventing the City from constricting the time-line. In Qualico's case the fuse I believe was 10 years. 10 years for this site is too long IMHO. It will then necessarily fall to the collective back-of-mind for the City generally; I have zero faith that Westrich will act responsibly on this.Anyone know if there is anything in the MGA that would prevent the City doing something like that?
