@Avenuer works for the city, so I imagine he's pulling these right from the development permit applications. Looking at the city's permit map, the applications were just submitted today so these must be pretty preliminary.

The development permit for the multifamily across Alpha Blvd by the same architect was just approved recently, correct? I wonder if they were working out the kinks on that application before submitting these? And hopefully that is a sign that there won't be too many issues on these?
