@Avenuer works for the city, so I imagine he's pulling these right from the development permit applications. Looking at the city's permit map, the applications were just submitted today so these must be pretty preliminary.Wouldn't call that inspiring... Where are these renders from?
The development permit for the multifamily across Alpha Blvd by the same architect was just approved recently, correct? I wonder if they were working out the kinks on that application before submitting these? And hopefully that is a sign that there won't be too many issues on these?@Avenuer works for the city, so I imagine he's pulling these right from the development permit applications. Lazy. These are isometric massing drawings hence the perspective distortions -- actual renderings would be more useful in terms of visuals.
And yet oddly better than much of the midrise being built, if this is any indication of what it could look likeFun Halloween colors! Spooky!![]()
@Avenuer confirmed in the thread for the other apartment that this one has a CRU in the corner by the roundabout. For those wondering.
Would be amazing to get this corner filled in!
I can’t quite tell, are there CRUs? The slanted corner facing the circle, is that just the lobby entrance?

Something to block the ugly Carbon Buster homes and unfinished garages would be great! For those wondering.

Those garages are still not finished? That builder really 'busted' the construction process of those homes, that's for sure!Something to block the ugly Carbon Buster homes and unfinished garages would be great!
Yeah, a lot depends on things we can't see in this preliminary version. And yet oddly better than much of the midrise being built, if this is any indication of what it could look like
