This should contribute to a wonderful little cluster of vintage/consignment stores around 124 St. I wish more would take a chance downtown though!

Yes, there is a growing student population downtown something like this could appeal to.

Maybe in the retail units that the Warehouse Block will have in the future? I wouldn't be surprised if that's where we can start seeing stuff like that.
