Had a tour today of this upcoming development and boy o boy it's going to be an amazing addition to the core.

Did they give any hints on how many units they're bringing in with the conversion?

Went by and saw they are already doing demo work on the old Don'ya and next to it the former Alberta Seniors spaces. This is fast, Don'ya only moved several days ago.

Confirmed: Don'ya is moving into the space west of Shoppers. It once housed a bubble tea place and a travel agency before that.

Yes, it is there now in the old travel agency space and there is an entrance from the lobby. The new space looks nice.
