There’s dozens in the downtown area already…Is there money to be had operating a daycare in a new development in heart of a big city? High rents, limited street parking even for drop off. … staffing availability, etc.
I’d assume it attracts those living there, but also the tens of thousands that work there who can drop off nearby. Usually you want daycares close to your work or your house. This is close to thousands of jobs and residents.
